I’ve spent over a decade guiding people back to themselves through Reiki, clarity sessions, and grounded energy work.
I help you cut through the noise and see clearly which choices will make you happiest and most successful.

My own path has been one of deep healing, unlearning, and choosing freedom over old patterns. Mom to two incredible young adults, I know firsthand the seasons of change that demand we grow stronger, softer, and more honest with ourselves.
At my core, I am an advocate for love, freedom, and truth. I believe real change happens when we see ourselves clearly, when we let go of the noise, and when we choose the path that lights us up.
